## README

Our study analyzed the spread of pathology over across multiple timepoints. The images are split into folders based on duration of time after injection (months post injection, MPI). Each timepoint is given a numerical name (WT##) to distinguish cohorts and has a varied number of mice from n=4 to n=12. Images are titled starting with the numerical cohort designation, followed by their section number. A schematic outlining how the data organization can be found in the file structure_outline.png. An image list can be found in the file Image_List_SynProg.xlsx
